I had read some reviews before, and there were good and bad comments discussed in them, comments and points I tried to find in the book. It can be really slow at times,but at the end you kinda expect what happens. I remember the horror of being a teen-aged girl. Overall, Skinny is a really good look at what it is like to wrestle skinny donna cooner weight and self identity issues.
