The Egoscue Method
This position should be held relaxed for at least 10 minutes. This exercise is designed to strengthen and release the torso muscles.

If something doesn’t work, keep looking for answers till you get relief! The Supine Groin Stretch can be really helpful for hip pain but it’s helpful to know some more information first to know which version would be most beneficial.
