I felt as if the book was written towards me, knew everything I was going through and even the thoughts in my head. Dr Weekes explains anxiety in a simple but effect way and teaches her patients how to fully accept their nervous illness She reassures that you can indeed still function.

As you read the text, I do advise that you keep in mind that this book was first released in so some parts do seem dated. It’s such a comfort, and I see why it’s helped so many people over the years.
